3. Products and Personalization

 

3.1 Product Description

The site offers personalized clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc.), printed according to the customer's choices. The visuals of the products are given for information only and may differ slightly from the final product.

 

3.2 Personalization

The customer is responsible for the graphic elements and texts that he submits for personalization. It guarantees that these elements do not violate any copyright, trademark or regulation in force.

The company reserves the right to refuse an order containing offensive, illegal elements or infringing the rights of third parties.

 

4. Orders and Payment Methods

 

4.1 Ordering Process

The customer selects his items, customizes them via the site interface and validates his order after verification. A confirmation is sent by e-mail.

 

4.2 Price

The prices displayed are in euros and do not include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are indicated before payment is validated.

4.4 Payment Validation

The order is validated after receipt of payment. In case of refusal of payment, the order will be cancelled.

 

5. Production and Delivery

 

5.1 Manufacturing Times

Personalized clothing is produced on demand, with a manufacturing time of 14 working days before shipping.

 

5.2 Delivery

The products are shipped to the address provided when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the mode of transport chosen and the destination.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carriers.

 

5.3 Reception

In the event of a damaged package, the customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact our customer service within 14 days.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

 

6.1 Absence of Retraction

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized products do not have the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

 

6.2 Defective Products or Order Error

If a product has a defect or a printing error, the customer must contact customer service within 30 days with supporting photos. A solution (replacement or refund) will be proposed after verification.

 

7. Responsibilities

The company is not responsible for errors in the file provided by the customer (spelling errors, poor image quality, etc.).

The site is accessible 24/7 but can be interrupted for maintenance. The company cannot be held responsible for interruptions beyond its control.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, personalization tools) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the company. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Personal Data and Confidentiality

The information collected is used for order processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his data by contacting pleingaz.clothing@outlook.com.

 

The data is not sold or transferred to third parties.

 

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to European / French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of the company.
